In November 2019, I contributed to the launch of a personalized feed of jobs on the Indeed.com homepage by developing a set of principles and guidelines for feed-based products, prototyping front-end interactions, and writing ranking algorithms.
The algorithms would take a job seeker's skills and preferences and create a ranked list of new and relevant jobs for them. This allowed us to create prototypes with personalized data for research sessions. These prototypes were used to inform the development of the production experience.
