Designed and prototyped a new web product experience for Cash App, which launched in May 2023. Collaborated with a cross-functional team and contributed to product strategy, user research, visual and interaction design, prototyping, content strategy, and front-end engineering.
Designed core use cases such as reviewing recent transactions, managing balance, controlling Cash Card, sending and requesting money, downloading documents, editing profile information, and changing settings.
